Shopping from outside the UK? Here's what you need to know.

If you're ordering from outside the UK, your package might face local taxes, duties, or extra customs charges when it enters your country
.

These costs aren't included in our delivery fees, so you'll need to pay them when your parcel arrives. Because local border authorities control this process completely, we can't take responsibility for these extra fees or any unexpected delivery delays caused by customs checks.

What this means when you buy from us:

  • Rates vary by country: Every local authority sets its own customs limits based on the specific items you buy, meaning we're unable to provide an exact cost. We highly recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order so you know what to expect.

  • Arranging payment: If any extra charges are due on delivery, our courier will contact you directly to arrange payment so you can get your gear as quickly as possible.

We always want to tell it like it is so your shopping experience goes as smoothly as possible. Thank you for your brilliant, continued support!

EU Countries

From 1 July 2026, the EU is removing the current €150 duty-free threshold. This means any items clearing customs from this date will face a new €3 fee.

How the new EU delivery fees work:

  • The €3 fee is per item, not per parcel: The EU charges this fee per item type, meaning multiple different items in your order may result in multiple €3 charges.

      • Example: If you buy one Home Shirt and one Away Shirt, it counts as two separate items, so the fee becomes €6.

  • It is additional fee: This charge applies on top of any standard import VAT & customs fees.

  • No extra steps: Any payments will be calculated and charged during your existing Tax and Duties invoicing process.

  • It's non-refundable: Please note that we are unable to refund this specific EU customs fee if you choose to return your order.

US

The US government has suspended the previous $800 duty-free exemption for commercial shipments. This means that all orders entering the US via courier are now subject to standard customs clearance, duties, and taxes, no matter the order value.

What this means:

  • No more duty-free threshold: Orders under $800 are no longer automatically exempt from fees.

  • Duties and taxes apply to all orders: Your package will be subject to standard US import duties and local taxes based on the specific items you buy (like kit, t-shirts or accessories).

  • Potential customs delays: Because every single package now requires formal customs entry, it might take a little extra time for your parcel to clear the border.

  • US government rules can shift quickly: Tariff rates aren't set in stone forever. Because the US government frequently updates its trade policies, issues executive orders, or updates international agreements, country-specific rates can change with very little notice. What you owe depends entirely on the regulations active on the exact day your parcel lands at US customs.

Calculating Tariffs

US Customs calculates tariffs based on the type of item & material (e.g. a Home Shirt vs a Knitted Scarf), and the Country of Origin (where the item was manufactured), not the country it is shipped from.

Because we dispatch all orders from our official club warehouse in the UK, it is easy to assume everything falls under a single UK rate. However, because different items are made in different parts of the world, your fees will vary depending on where that specific item was manufactured.

    • Example 1: An item made in Thailand (e.g. Training Jacket) Even though we ship this item to you from the UK, its manufacturing origin is Vietnam. Because of this, US Customs applies standard clothing import duties plus any active surcharges for Thai goods. This means the total tariff on this item could be around 22% of its value.

    • Example 2: An item made in the UK (e.g. Postcard) Because this item is both manufactured in the UK and shipped from the UK, it falls under the standard UK-US baseline trade agreements. The tariff on this item is typically lower, sitting at around 10%.

Please note: In extreme cases, fees that can reach up to 60% or more of the item’s value.

Unpaid Fees & Returns

If any customs or import fees are refused/unpaid, the items will be returned. The customer will receive a refund for the items excluding the shipping cost. Any items which have been personalised will not be eligible for a refund. Please see our Returns Policy for more details.
