Important Information

We highly recommend waiting until the transfer window closes before adding a player's name and number to your shirt. A player's squad number can still change even after the season starts. We'll confirm all final numbers once the window shuts.

Once we have personalised your kit with letters, numbers, or sleeve badges, we cannot offer a refund or exchange unless the item is faulty. This remains the case even if a player leaves the club or changes their squad number.

Delivery

During extremely busy periods like kit launch, adding printing to your kit can add up to two extra days to your dispatch time.

Getting the Right Fit

Sizing can vary from previous kits. Because we cannot exchange or refund printed items, please ensure you check the size carefully before you buy.

Our Printing Guidelines

We want everyone to wear our colours with pride, so we will not print anything we deem offensive or abusive. If there is an issue with your chosen personalisation, our retail team will contact you to find an alternative. Please note this might delay your delivery.

We only print on shirts bought directly from official Brighton & Hove Albion stores or our website. We are also unable to personalise kits from previous seasons.

Printing Charges

Online printing is priced at the following (unless a promotion is running):

• £15 for shirt printing (name only, number only, or name and number)
• £5 for sleeve badges (Premier League and sleeve sponsor)
• £3 per number for shorts
  

Washing Instructions

To keep your personalisation looking sharp, please wait at least 24 hours before its first wash. Always wash your kit inside out at 30 degrees and avoid using fabric conditioner.
