Delivery Options

 During peak times such as kit launch, start of the season and Christmas (Nov-Dec) please allow 10 working days for orders to be dispatched

We aim to dispatch all our orders within 3-5 working days of order, however this may not always be possible for the following reasons:

• Personalised products require an additional 3 to 5 working days to be dispatched.
• Products on pre-order will dispatched according to the date/time in the product listing.
• Occasionally, additional credit/debit card checks are required.
• Orders containing products with different stock availability will be dispatched when all items are ready.

International Delivery

Customs Duties and Taxes for all overseas orders: Please note the customer is responsible for all charges related to Customs or Duty that may be applied to all overseas countries.

Brighton & Hove Albion FC take no responsibility for these charges or for any delays in receiving your goods, owing to intervention by Customs.

Customs or import duties are applied once the package reaches its destination. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country; our advice would be to contact your local customs office for further detail. 

International deliveries are sent via DPD Europe / DPD Air Classic

** All overseas postage costs based on a basket limit of 2kg. Baskets over 2kg are subject to a £5.00 charge per additional 2kg.

*** Delivery to certain international countries (Australia, Brazil, Canada) can take up to an additional 10 working days if held for customs clearance.

Tax Free Shopping: For overseas customers, we will automatically deduct UK Value Added Tax (VAT) included in most of the prices displayed.

UK VAT is currently at 20% and is added to all goods, with the exception of children's clothing, programmes and magazines.

Please note VAT rates vary from country to country; we do not accept any responsibility for additional taxes which may be incurred as a result of purchasing goods from us

We do not offer guaranteed delivery on Saturdays, Sundays, Bank Holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day

You will receive an e-mail from us once your order has left the warehouse.

Please note during our busy kit launch period we will be packing orders over the weekends, please note the parcels will not be collected by the courier from our warehouse until the next working day.

Are all goods dispatched the day I order?

We try to get all our orders dispatched on the day of order. However, this may not always be possible at busy periods or for the following reasons;

Pre-order items
Products on pre-order or products that are not in stock at the time of ordering will be dispatched according to the time / date specified on the website. Payment for these products will be taken at the time of ordering.

Personalised Products
Products requiring personalisation (for example with additional name, numbering and sleeve badges added) may take an extra 2 days before they are ready to be dispatched.

Different stock availability
If you have selected items with different availability times, then we will dispatch your order when all items are ready. If you wish to receive the items that are currently available before the pre-order item is available, then please order those selected items separately.

Additional Information

Items on 'Available Within'
Occasionally if a particular product is in high demand we will need to re-order from our suppliers. If this is the case then the number of days that this process will take will be quoted on the product details page. For example "Available within 7 days": 

International Shipping

PO Boxes
Please note that we do not ship to PO Box Addresses.

Undelivered Items
We aim to deliver all of our orders and keep failed deliveries to a minimum. If we do fail to deliver any order to you, please report this to us no later than 15 days from the date on which the order was taken by us. We will not accept responsibility for any undelivered orders which are reported to us later than 15 days after the date on which the order was taken by us.

Bank Holidays and delivery times
Please be aware that bank holidays are not included as a working day.

What will happen if I don't receive my parcel?

We ask that you wait 5 working days (from dispatch) before contacting our Mail Order Team who will be happy to assist you. They can be contacted via email at mail.order@brightonandhovealbion.com
