We are pleased to announce the club superstore will be re-opening from Saturday 3rd July. Please note the ticket office at the stadium is closed to visitors at this present time.

Tuesday  10am - 5pm
Wednesday  10am - 5pm
Thursday  10am - 5pm
Friday  10am - 5pm
Saturday  10am - 5pm
Sunday  11am - 4pm

Please note we are now a cashless stadium and payment can only be taken by card.

We want to make the environment in the store as safe as possible, so we would like to remind you the following measures that have been put in place at the AMEX: 

  • A COVID-19 risk assessment has been completed
  • Reduced capacity in store (which may require queuing outside) to a maximum number of 40 people at any time
  • Hand sanitiser dispensers at entrance
  • Entrance and exit doors will remain open for ventilation
  • We encourage customers to shop alone where possible
  • Customers with children are reminded they are responsible for looking after children and maintaining social distancing
  • Customers will not be permitted to try on merchandise as the fitting room is closed
  • Customers are asked to minimise contact with items and surfaces as much as possible
  • It is mandatory for customers to wear a face covering at all times in the store unless you are exempt, please see the Government guidance on exemptions here:
  • Enhanced cleaning measures throughout the day
  • Protective screens at till points and shirt printing station
  • Returned stock will be separated from new and old stock for 72 hours to reduce transmission risk
  • As per the Club’s protocol, staff will have their temperatures checked and be issued with PPE
  • Click and collect service is currently unavailable.

Please note - If you have purchased a replica shirt/shorts with us and are looking to get personalisation applied at a later date, we are pleased to advise that we are able to carry out the application of personalisation once the store is fully reopen. At this time, we do however have measures in place for carrying out this process. Please find below further details on the current procedures we have in place:

New replica shirt/shorts with tags in place and has not been worn - We will be able to personalise the item during your visit. During busy periods, please however note that a wait time may be in place for this process to be carried out.

New replica shirt/shorts which no longer have the tags in place/has been worn - Please ensure this is freshly washed prior to visiting a store. During your visit we will take payment for the required personalisation and your contact details, and place the required stock along with the garment into isolation for a 72 hour period. Once this timeframe has passed, the item will then be printed as requested and once carried out a member of our team will contact you in order to advise the garment is ready to collect.
