PRINTING DISCLAIMER

Important

Items with custom or player printing cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the product is faulty. Furthermore if a player changes their number at any time we cannot offer a refund or an exchange on this shirt (this does not affect your statutory rights). Please note any orders consisting of an item that requires printing may require up to an additional two days to dispatch from our warehouse.

Once an item has been personalised by letters/numbers/league badges being applied, we will not offer a refund or exchange unless the item is deemed to be faulty. The same applies if a player leaves the Club or changes

Personalisation of Replica Kit

We reserve the right to refuse to print shirts that we deem offensive or abusive. A member of our retail customer service team will contact you to discuss your choice and, if necessary, request an alternative. Please note this may delay delivery of your shirt.

Customers should be aware that sizing may vary from previous Replica kits. We cannot accept liability for any changes to players names and numbers due to transfers or a player deciding to change number or leave the club.

Washing Instructions

In order to preserve your personalisation, we advise that personalised shirts are washed inside out and without fabric conditioner at 30 degrees. Do not wash within the first 24 hours.

You may return any item* within 30 days of delivery in its unworn, unused condition and original packaging for a full refund of the price you paid for the item, providing you have proof of purchase.

*Once a name or number has been printed on a shirt we will not offer a refund or exchange unless the shirt is faulty. The same applies if a player leaves the club or changes their squad number during their time at the club. Please therefore take care to ensure that you order the correct size.

*Please note Auction products are excluded from our returns policy.

Returns of personalised products will only be accepted if the personalisation is incorrect due to our mistake or if the product is faulty.

We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days, please allow 2 additional days for orders with shirt personalisation.

During peak times such as kit launch, start of the season and Christmas please allow 10 working days for orders to be dispatched.
